Introducing the ACA Health Claiming App

In addition to our Online Member Services Portal claiming option we now have the ACA Health Claiming App. Our app promises a user-friendly experience with the benefit of being faster, personalised and instant.

It is available to download for both Apple and Android users.

Submitting your Claims on the App

• Once you have download the ACA Health App
• Click on Submit Claims
• Take A Photo (or Choose Existing Photo) & Click Next
• Check your details are correct & check ‘I am authorised to make this claim’
• Click Submit Claim – done!

Our Claims team will review your claim as per our normal process.
